- Ok, on that I agree fully. But the trouble is that the Pentiums run at
- a much higher clockspeeds than the 060s do (as to 486s compared with
- 040s), so the absolute performance is higher for the Intel chips.

- This really offends my sensibilities since Intel chips are a major
- kludge compared to the 68K series, but it just shows what you can do if
- you have enough money to throw at a bad design.
